These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the NT999 online gaming platform, accessible at nt999.cam ("the Platform", "the Site", "NT999"). They form a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and NT999 ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").
By registering an account, depositing funds, participating in any game, accepting any bonus or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
NT999 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names or using different payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. NT999 reserves the right to immediately terminate all associated accounts and forfeit any associated balances upon detection of multiple account registration.
By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:
To access the full features of the Platform, you are required to complete the account registration process. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. NT999 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password not used on other platforms. Any activity occurring through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your sole responsibility.
NT999 may, at its discretion or as required by applicable law, request documentary proof of identity, age and/or address prior to processing withdrawals or at any other time. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued identification document, proof of address and payment-method verification. Failure to provide required documentation within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
The Platform displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani users. Actual transaction processing, conversion rates and currency handling are subject to the Operator's current published procedures. NT999 does not guarantee a specific exchange rate and will not be liable for losses arising from currency fluctuations.
The Platform is provided solely for lawful, personal and recreational use. You agree to use NT999 in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, and in accordance with these Terms. Any commercial exploitation of Platform content, systematic data extraction, automated access or use for unlawful purposes is strictly prohibited.
You agree that, while using the Platform, you will:
NT999 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond the Operator's control. NT999 will not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.
NT999 accepts deposits through payment methods as published on the Platform from time to time. Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear on the Platform as contextual references to familiar Pakistani payment infrastructure. The appearance of these names does not constitute an endorsement by, partnership with or confirmation that any of these providers facilitate gambling transactions. Users must independently verify payment method availability and compliance with applicable rules.
A minimum deposit threshold applies and is published on the Platform's cashier section. This threshold is subject to change at the Operator's discretion with reasonable notice. Illustrative examples used on this site (such as PKR 1,000) are for educational reference only and do not represent confirmed live figures.
All deposited funds must originate from a payment source held in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment sources that are not legitimately yours, is a violation of these Terms and applicable anti-money-laundering regulations. NT999 may suspend accounts and report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
Withdrawals are subject to the User having completed applicable KYC verification, satisfied any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses, and complied with the minimum withdrawal threshold published on the Platform. NT999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method, the User's verification status, and any compliance review requirements. NT999 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Any indicative timeframes provided on the Platform are estimates only and may be subject to delay. The Operator is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to applicable compliance requirements and payment-provider policies. NT999 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods in cases where the original method is unavailable.
NT999 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, free spins, cashback arrangements or other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the absence of specific promotion terms, these general Terms apply. Bonus offers are available exclusively to registered, eligible adult Users.
The majority of bonus offers are subject to a wagering requirement — the total amount a User must wager before bonus-associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements, multipliers and eligible games are specified in the relevant promotion terms. NT999 strongly advises Users to read all promotion-specific terms before accepting any offer.
While a bonus is active in your Account, placing bets above the maximum bet limit specified in the promotion terms constitutes a breach of bonus conditions. NT999 reserves the right to void any winnings generated through bets that exceed this limit and to cancel the associated bonus balance.
Bonuses that are not utilised within the specified expiry period will lapse automatically. Expired bonuses — and any winnings associated with them — will be forfeited without recourse. NT999 does not extend bonus expiry periods as a general practice.
NT999 employs active monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, systematic low-risk wagering to satisfy rollover requirements, coordinated play between accounts, and exploitation of promotional errors. Detected abuse may result in bonus forfeiture, account suspension and recovery of associated withdrawals.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the NT999 Platform:
NT999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options. Users are strongly encouraged to use these tools proactively.
If you believe that your gambling is no longer recreational or is causing financial or personal harm, please use the self-exclusion function available in your account settings or contact support to request an account restriction. Self-exclusion may be set for a defined period or indefinitely. NT999 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the selected exclusion period except in accordance with its published responsible gambling procedures.

All intellectual property associated with the NT999 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, text, graphics and structural elements — is the property of NT999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. No User is granted any licence, right or permission to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of NT999.
Game content displayed on the Platform is provided by third-party studios under licence to the Operator. All rights in such content are retained by the respective studios. Unauthorised use of game assets is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of copyright.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NT999 and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits NT999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
NT999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — in cases of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct; provision of false registration information; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; or access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting NT999 support. Account closure will be processed subject to resolution of any outstanding wagering requirements or compliance checks. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to standard verification procedures.
Upon termination — whether by NT999 or the User — all licences granted to the User under these Terms will immediately cease. Any bonus balances or winnings derived from bonus play that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Sections of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (including Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law clauses) shall continue to apply.
NT999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, NT999 will endeavour to provide advance notice to registered Users via the contact details associated with their Account. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Users who do not agree to revised Terms should cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.2. NT999 is not obligated to provide personalised notification of every amendment.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable Pakistani legislation may also be relevant to Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan.
NT999 does not hold a Pakistani gaming licence and makes no representation that these Terms, the Platform or its services comply with Pakistani law. Users are solely responsible for their own legal compliance. This clause does not constitute legal advice and Users are encouraged to seek independent legal counsel if uncertain about their legal position.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Operator's license jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory local consumer protection provisions that may apply in a User's location.
